What do you feel was the greatest benefit (personally and for your organisation) in working with Get Organised?
We’re very much in process of “getting organised”, with Lornette making quick strategic interventions when appropriate so as to keep everyone on board and not upset the proverbial applecart.  The first intervention involved our filing system. Being a busy medical practice we have thousands of files that were outgrowing their cabinets and their usefulness. Lornette helped us to prioritise and reengineer our filing system so that only current patients took up valuable workspace, but ensured that old files were still readily available just in case.  This very much helped in our later transition to a paperless system of patient records.

The next intervention Lornette is helping me with is what is really a form of executive coaching. Aside from managing a busy practice, I am also a father, an academic researcher and entrepreneur.  I have a  lot of trouble focusing and prioritising my day. Lornette is going to start getting me organised!
